I understand that Valor Sports & Entertainment, Inc is not obligated to use my name, voice, image, likeness, or any media in which I appear.
I hereby release and discharge Valor Sports & Entertainment, Inc, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with the use of my name, voice, image, likeness, or any media in which I appear.
I acknowledge that I am over the age of eighteen (18) and have the right and ability to enter into this Release. If under the age of eighteen (18), I acknowledge that this Release must be signed by a parent or guardian.
